Poseidon (Neptune)
Poseidon
(his latin name Neptune) the god of the sea and its inhabitants,
and one of the Olympians, the son of Cronus and Rhea, brother of Zeus,
Hades,
Demeter,
Hera,
Hestia.
He was married to Amphitrite, a Nereid, and had by her the son Triton,
a merman. Like other Olympians, had many love affairs and numerous children.
