Creation of the World. The biblical story of the creation of the world
occupies the first two chapters of the Genesis . God created the world
in 6 days. First, He separated light from darkness; then parted waters
from the sky and the earth; on the forth day He put a sun and a moon in
the sky; on the fifth day He created all the animals; and on the sixth
day He created a man in his own image. On the seventh day God saw that
all his work was completed and blessed that day and rested.
