Edvard Munch. Ludvig Karsten.

Ludvig Karsten (1876-1926), a Norwegian Impressionist painter, and a friend and frequent correspondent of Edvard Munch. Christian Krohg, Munch's teacher, described Karsten as one of Scandinavia's foremost Impressionists.
