Valuyev, Piotr Alexandrovich (1815-1890), statesman, Count (1880). In 1861-1868 he was the minister for internal affairs of Russia. In 1872-79 minister for state property and taxes, in 1879-81 Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. He published memoirs that he titled simply Diary
