John Singleton Copley. Samuel Quincy.
Samuel Quincy (1735-1789) - prominent Boston lawyer, Solicitor General of Massachusetts and loyalist, most famous for his prosecution of the British soldiers involved in the Boston Massacre. After the Revolution, he fled abroad, dying in 1789 in the West Indies.
